不在者投票

先日名簿登録地に不在者投票請求を行ったところ、投票用紙を含む封筒が送られてきた。あとは近くの投票所を訪れ投票を済ませるだけである。
不在者投票をするには現住所の選挙管理委員会に問い合わせる必要がある。そこで不在者投票請求書をもらい、名簿登録地にある選挙管理委員会宛に申請を行う。受理されれば指定した住所に投票用紙が届くのである。
送られてきた不在者投票関係書類交付用封筒は開封せずに投票所に持っていくと、受付ではさみを入れられ開封される。白地に赤文字は比例区、黄色地に黒文字は選挙区用で、投票用紙に政党または候補者の名前を書いた後、内封筒と外封筒で二重のロックをかける。外封筒の表には自分の氏名を書いて終了。あとは提出するだけである。

初めての投票だったが案外あっさりしていたというのが正直な感想。11日が楽しみになってきた。
